OK, my turn. I draw the top operation card to find out what is wrong with the pasient. He's got water in his knee. I pick up the pins, trying to remove the water from his knee. Careful, don't hurt the pasient!

In Operasjon (eng: Operation) the player are surgeons performing operations on the pasient. The game board shows the pasient laying on the bench, ready for surgeon. There are twelve different operations to be done. Before the game starts the specialist cards are dealt out amongst the players. These cards shows which operations the players are specialists in.
When it is a players turn he draws the top operation card. This card tells what operation he is about to do. He now takes the pins and will try to remove the damaged part from the pasient. If successfull the player receives money for the operation, if not the pasient will yell and his nose will light up and then the specialist (the player who has the specialist card for this operation) will try the operation. If the specialist succeeds he recieves money for the operation. Otherwise it is the next players turn to draw a news operation card. Winning the gameAfter all the operations are succeeded, the player with the most money is declared winner of the game.
